How the Repair Process Works

1. Contact Us

Send us:

  • Module model

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos if available

  • Any troubleshooting already performed

We will review the information and provide next steps.

2. Ship Your Module

Carefully package your module and ship it to our repair facility.

We recommend:

  • Anti-static packaging

  • Bubble wrap protection

  • A sturdy cardboard shipping box

  • Tracking and insurance

Please do not ship modules loose in padded envelopes.

Note: We are based in Fort Collins, CO and if you live in the area, in-person drop-off and pick-up is available.

3. Diagnostics & Evaluation

Once received, your module will undergo:

  • Visual inspection

  • Power analysis

  • Functional testing

  • Diagnostic troubleshooting

  • Calibration evaluation

If additional approval is required before repair, we will contact you with an estimate.

4. Repair & Testing

After approval:

  • Faulty components are replaced

  • Firmware recovery is performed if needed

  • Calibration and tuning are completed

  • Full operational testing is performed

Modules are burn-in tested whenever applicable.

5. Return Shipment
