2. Ship Your Module
Carefully package your module and ship it to our repair facility.
We recommend:
Anti-static packaging
Bubble wrap protection
A sturdy cardboard shipping box
Tracking and insurance
Please do not ship modules loose in padded envelopes.
Note: We are based in Fort Collins, CO and if you live in the area, in-person drop-off and pick-up is available.
3. Diagnostics & Evaluation
Once received, your module will undergo:
Visual inspection

Functional testing

Calibration evaluation
If additional approval is required before repair, we will contact you with an estimate.
4. Repair & Testing
After approval:
