By submitting equipment for service, the customer agrees to the following policies and terms.
Repair Evaluation Policy
All incoming modules are subject to an initial evaluation and diagnostic process.
Diagnostic evaluation may include:
Functional testing
Visual inspection
Voltage and power analysis
Firmware verification
Calibration assessment
A diagnostic fee may apply for:
Complex intermittent faults
Extensive troubleshooting
Previously modified equipment
DIY or clone modules
Non-repairable units
Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once evaluation work has begun.
Repair Estimates & Approval
Repair estimates are provided after evaluation whenever possible.
Estimates may include:
Labor
Replacement parts
Return shipping
Additional service recommendations
No repair work beyond diagnostic evaluation will be performed without customer approval.
Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Turnaround Time Policy
Repair turnaround times vary based on:
Repair complexity
Parts availability
Manufacturer support
Current service volume
Estimated turnaround times are approximate and not guaranteed.
Expedited service may be available for an additional fee.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Supplier shortages
Shipping carriers
Customs processing
Manufacturer response delays
Payment Policy
Payment is due prior to return shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include:
Credit/debit card
PayPal
ACH transfer
Other approved electronic payment methods
Unpaid invoices older than 30 days may incur storage fees.
Equipment left unpaid or abandoned for more than 90 days may become subject to disposal or resale to recover service costs where permitted by law.
Warranty Policy
Repair work includes a limited warranty covering the specific repaired issue.
Warranty period:
Standard repair warranty: 1 year
Warranty coverage applies only to:
Parts replaced during repair
Labor performed during service
Warranty does not cover:
Shipping damage
Physical abuse
Liquid damage
Improper installation
Reversed power cable damage
Unauthorized modifications
Subsequent unrelated failures
Power supply issues external to the repaired module
Warranty claims require proof of original repair service.
Non-Repairable Equipment Policy
Some modules may be deemed:
Beyond economical repair
Electrically unsafe
Unserviceable due to unavailable parts
Irreparably modified
Corrosion damaged
In these cases:
Diagnostic fees still apply
Return shipping charges apply unless waived
Salvageable parts may be returned upon request
We are not responsible for unavailable proprietary components or discontinued manufacturer support.
DIY & Modified Module Policy
DIY, clone, and modified modules are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Additional charges may apply for:
Poor assembly quality
Previous repair attempts
Missing documentation
Extensive troubleshooting
Non-standard modifications
We reserve the right to refuse service on:
Unsafe builds
Severely damaged PCBs
Incomplete assemblies
Modules with unknown modifications
Repair success on DIY equipment cannot be guaranteed.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate issue descriptions
Proper packaging for shipment
Backing up presets or user data if applicable
Removing personal accessories before shipment
Customers must notify us of:
Previous repairs
Modifications
Power-related incidents
Liquid exposure
Failure to disclose prior work or damage may affect repair estimates and warranty coverage.
Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for shipping equipment to our service facility unless otherwise agreed.
We strongly recommend:
Anti-static packaging
Proper cushioning
Insured shipping with tracking
We are not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging during inbound shipment.
Return shipping costs are billed to the customer unless otherwise stated.
International customers are responsible for:
Customs declarations
Duties and taxes

We are not responsible for:
Loss of presets
User configurations

Parts Availability Policy
Repair completion depends on replacement part availability.
Some manufacturers use:
Proprietary ICs
Custom displays
Obsolete semiconductors
Limited-production components
Parts shortages may significantly extend turnaround time or prevent repair.
Equivalent replacement parts may be used where appropriate.
Service Refusal Policy
We reserve the right to refuse service for:
Unsafe equipment
Biohazard contamination
Excessive corrosion
Abusive customer behavior
Illegally modified equipment
Counterfeit products
Equipment with extensive undocumented modifications
Liability Limitation
Our liability is limited solely to the amount paid for the repair service performed.
We are not liable for:
Consequential damages
Loss of income
Loss of use
Studio downtime
Data or preset loss
Damage caused by external equipment or power systems
Privacy Policy
Customer information is used solely for:
Service communication
Billing
Shipping
Warranty support
We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except where required for shipping or payment processing.
